and in our possession again. Thanks to the company that had obtained
them for respecting our property rights and returning them.

BIG LOT OF LOST/STOLEN MOGGS EPS TURN UP ON EBAY - NO!!!!
In addition to the 7 months in manufacturing,
3 lacquers, 6 test pressings, and 2 declined press runs ...., a box
of 50 Amulat EPs missing in shipping back in January have
turned up on Ebay this week. BE WARNED - this
is NOT the final pressing
(it's one of the rejected runs fraught with surface noise, pops,
clicks, etc). ONLY official releases contain
the poster and printed sketches inserts (and are the real deal quality wise).
The sale of the posted 50 eps have been reported and are a direct violation of our property rights.
At this time, the official Amulat EP is ONLY available directly from us through our web store or live shows.

AMULAT EP UPDATE
Our sincerest apologies on the delay of this EP. We're beyond
anxious to get this record finalized. Since our
last update, we've had to return an entire pressing for QC issues. We've
just received another batch, but unfortunately it's just not worthy yet.
Specifically, Side A sound great, but Side B sounds like it was kicked
across the floor. We're working hard to resolve this issue with the manufacturer
and will keep you informed. Thank you for your patience, and wishing
you a Happy 2009!

AMULAT EP VINYL PRODUCTION UPDATE
While our lacquer has been ready to go at the record pressing
plant since June, we've had unprecedented problems with the test pressings.
Determined for this vinyl EP to reflect the quality and craftsmanship
that went into the engineering and mastering, we have finally been able
to approve the sixth test pressing. Amulat EP is now in production
and will be available soon!

NEW MOGGS RECORD OUT OCTOBER 3rd!!!!!!
After
another 3 long years, we're excited to announce the release of a
very limited edition vinyl EP on Ausgang Records! Recorded and produced
by MOGGS at Ausgang Audio, Amulat EP (Petaluma backwards) features
MOGGS-friends each on a different track. Bobb Bruno (Imaad Wasif,
For Carnation, Goliath Bird Eater), Chad Burnett (Colony of Watts),
Rafe Mandel (Polar Goldie Cats), and David Scott Stone (Slug, Unwound,
Melvins, Get Hustle) all contribute to make this an extra special
release. Our record release show will be at Hemlock Tavern, San Francisco
w/Goliath Bird Eater (Oct 3rd, 2008) and Echo Curio, Los Angeles
w/Polar Goldie Cats (Oct. 11th). Bobb, Chad, & Rafe will all
be there to play live! Oh, and if you can't make it to one of the
shows, starting October 3rd you can order the EP directly from us
